Designed to fit in a narrow Santa Monica lot, this residential property takes advantage of the ocean views with floor-to-ceiling windows and rooftop patios while still providing a private courtyard and other non-intrusive elements.
Designed to connect the Venice Beach community, this project combines residential, retail, commercial, and business by using a network of pathways arranged to lead pedestrians in from major streets and the boardwalk through the communal site.
Using the 3D modeling program Rhino, the prompt for this project was to draw a body part and, by exploring the components, design an abstract art piece.
